How much does Quipu cost? 

We commercialize Quipu in a subscription basis. When you purchase Quipu you get a membership to our private area where you will have access to our support forum and, most important, all the automatic free updates that we deliver for Quipu.

The price for this subscription is 19.90€ per year, and the minimum subscription period is one year. So, for less than 20€ you get a full year of support and update. ^(*)

What will I get?

Quipu is distributed under the terms of the GPLv3 license, meaning that:

• Each copy you get of the software belongs to you, and you can do whatever you want with it (ie estudy or modify the source to adapt it to your needs, or ask another one to do it for you), as long as every software derived from it keep the same license terms.
• If you choose not to renew your suscription, the software remains yours and you still can use it (but you won't receive any automatic updates nor can acess to our customers area).

What do I need?

Quipu will work with:

• UNIX / Linux Servers (no support for Windows)
• Joomla! 2.5.X
• MySQL 5.X with InnoDB support
• PHP >= 5.3

How does the buying process work?

We use PayPal to manage our subscriptions. This means that if you already have a PayPal account, everything will be quite easy, since you will get a yearly  charge on your account for the Quipu subscription.

If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you'll have to create one, at the moment of purchase.

^(*) The price doesn't include VAT. For residents of the European Union, 21% VAT will be added to the price except for non-spanish companies with a VIES registered VAT number, in accordance to European Directive 2008/8/EU and its incorporation into EU member states' local laws.
